He was preceded in death by his father: Robert Windell Neal, Sr.
He is survived by his mother: Suzie Mae Farrow Hadden; his brother: Travis Neal; a sister: Brenda Sue Crayton and a special uncle and aunt: Anthony & Pam Farrow.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
