Nancy Elizabeth Smith

Nancy Elizabeth Wisner Smith, 89, of Bryceville, FL was reunited with Bill, her loving husband of 65 years on Friday, April 17, 2026. Nancy was born in St. Petersburg, FL to the late Vern and Mary Elizabeth Kennedy Wisner.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Scott, but left the world two amazing, strong and resilient daughters.

Nancy is survived by her daughters: Donna (Bruce) Pappy of Bryceville, FL, and Cathy (Adam) Rothas of Glen St. Mary, FL; grandchildren: Keith (Kayla) Felsman of St. Petersburg, FL and Molly Rothas (Benji Lopez) of Chicago, IL; great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Felsman and Aiden Felsman of St. Petersburg, FL; and sister: Rebecca (Chuck) Smalley of Clearwater, FL.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Community Hospice.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Frank Wells nursing home. The care and compassion shown to Nancy and her family during her final days was a blessing during a painfully difficult time.
