Kay Dyal Geiger

Kay D. Geiger, 87, of Callahan, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 16, 1939, to the late Arthur Dyal and Orie Moon Keene Dyal.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband: David Geiger, Sr.; son: David Geiger Jr.; brother: Robert (Lou) Dyal; and nephew: Steed Dyal. 

She is survived by her son: Keith “Lane” Geiger; and nieces: Shannon Arreola (Rick) and Jeanine Kabasakalian (Adam).

A service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Crossroads Church with Pastor Jeul Strickland officiating. Burial will follow at River Road Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raymond Pace, Rick Arreola, Josiah Arreola, Cade Boggess, Adam Kabasakalian, Caleb Kabasakalian, Noah Kabasakalian, and Luke Kabasakalian.
