Joel Benjamin "Buddy" Conner

Joel Benjamin “Buddy” Conner, 59, of St. George, GA passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. He was born in Folkston, GA on August 30, 1965, to the late Joel Benjamin Conner, Sr. and Barbara Knight Conner. Buddy was a hard-working, family man that was always joking.

He is survived by his children: Brandon Conner (Brooke), Kristie O’Neal (Cody) and J.B. Conner; grandchildren: Gracie Conner and Kameron O’Neal; sister: Joan Conner Batten (Charles) and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home- Callahan Chapel. A service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 23, 2025, at First Baptist Church of St. George. Burial will follow in Moniac Cemetery.
