Belinda Ann Canaday

Belinda Ann Canaday, 48, of Callahan, FL passed away August 1, 2025 at the hands of a horrible person with a very black heart. She was born October 9, 1976 in Jacksonville, FL. Belinda graduated from high school in 1994 from West Nassau High School and Message Therapy School in 2004. She worked at Callahan BBQ and Applebees for many years. She loved her animals and her family and friends and spending time with her niece and 2 nephews that she adored. She was an avid Miami Hurricane football fan.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: J.H. & Elenor Canaday, Gertie & JR Knox and Troy & Carol Maddox; uncles: Lannis Maddox, Gene Knox, David Knox, Donald Knox and Gerald Knox; and cousins: Scott Strickland and Eric Johns.

She is survived by her parents: Steven Canaday and Dell Canaday; sister: Stephanie Canaday (Buddy Howard); niece: Halynn Howard; nephews: Holden Howard and Hampton Howard; aunts and uncles: Brenda Johnson, Sabrina (Abe) Flowers, Pamela Smith (Nick Wayson), Donnie & Wanda Canaday, Wayne & Gail Know, Earl & Trina Knox, Joe & Bonnie Knox, Nelda & Robert Manning, Ann & Dennis Horne and Trish & Alton Trouille; and several nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 8, 2025, at St. George Church of God with Pastor Ricky Knox and Pastor Grady Albritton. Burial will follow at Conner-Green Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Will Johns, Jakob Strickland, Adam Daniels, Buddy Howard, Nick Wayson, Joe Douglas and Mitchell Maddox.
